These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Versatile Athletics' websites, content, application forms, and coaching services. By using our pages or submitting an application, you agree to these Terms.
Versatile Athletics provides pitching performance coaching, including movement assessment and individualized training programs. Submitting an application or booking a call does not create a coaching relationship; enrollment in a program is subject to a separate agreement and payment.
Performance figures and testimonials on our pages reflect the experiences of specific athletes. They are not a promise or guarantee of your results. Velocity development depends on factors outside our control, including commitment, baseline athleticism, program adherence, health, and starting velocity.
Our content and programs are for athletic training purposes and are not medical advice. Athletic training involves inherent risk of injury. Consult a physician before beginning any training program, especially following an injury or surgery. By participating, you (and, for minors, the parent or guardian) accept these risks.
Athletes under 18 may participate only with the consent and involvement of a parent or legal guardian, who agrees to these Terms on the athlete's behalf.
Prices, payment schedules, and any refund terms for coaching programs are stated at the point of purchase or in your program agreement. Unless stated otherwise there, purchases are final.
All content on our pages and in our programs (videos, training materials, branding) belongs to Versatile Athletics and may not be copied, resold, or redistributed without written permission.
You agree to provide accurate information in applications and not to misuse our pages, forms, or booking systems.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Versatile Athletics is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our pages or programs, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Florida.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The date above reflects the latest revision. Continued use of our pages after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
